Biography
Ann has been an active volunteer since graduation. She served as a member of the Dartmouth Board of Trustees from 1982–1992 and 1993–1995, and has served as class treasurer, reunion class agent, enrollment interviewer, and alumni councilor. She received the Young Alumni Award in 1992 and was the first alumna to receive the Alumni Award in 2004. At Dartmouth, Ann was a member of the varsity field hockey and tennis teams, Green Key, and Fire and Skoal, and served as dorm chairman. In 1979 she earned her MBA from Stanford University. Professionally, Ann is the founder and president of Horizon Consulting Group, LLC. She also serves on several corporate and nonprofit boards. Ann and her husband, Lance, live in McLean, VA, and are the parents of Conor '07, Kelly '09, and Caitlin '13.

Statement
At Dartmouth we are fortunate to have a dynamic, thoughtful and visionary leader in President Kim, a strong board of trustees, and a committed, highly engaged alumni body. Trustee elections are a vital part of the process and the way in which they are run is important to encouraging the very best alumni to serve as trustees. If elected as a member of the Executive Committee, our primary responsibility would be overseeing the election of trustees. I would work to ensure a fair and transparent election process that encourages broad participation by alumni. I would be honored to work with the other committee members and to serve Dartmouth alumni in this role.
